Positive Occupational Awareness
Today, employers and clients expect employees to be engaged and passionate about their work, the way they do their work, and even the way they identify themselves with their work. The greatest asset for an outstanding performance, leadership, and well-being, perhaps, is the awareness of our internal and environmental resources, and our ability to manage them in the desired, goal-directed way.
This program proposes to bring awareness on the various aspects that determine performance, motivation and well-being. This may lead to a new path of personal and professional development, towards creating a “wholeness” perception in employees.
