Performance Management Systems

We have brought a new, integrated and performance oriented outlook to Company Management. The performance tracking and reporting system is used to continuously monitoring and measuring the performances of the businesses and employees of the organization based on the key performance indicators determined within the organization, to identify the failures, if any, and to immediately inform those in charge, and to design the action plans to resolve such issues. As the infrastructure of this system, an industrial engineering technique, the fish bone diagramme is used. The design of performance management systems are made as follows:

For each unit within the organization, key performance criteria are defined.
The purpose is to build a structure where the organization performance can be analyzed to the smallest detail with the most brief outlook when required, and the data can be retrieved from the automatic process management tools and the systems used in the organization.
A reporting structure is built to view and manage the organization's performance smoothly and as real time on a single page.
From a single reporting infrastructure, the top management can track the information related to the performance status of the whole group.
If there are no problems in the execution of the key performance criteria determined within the organization, then the main branches and sub-branches of the organization are reported in "Green" colors.
If at least one criterion has deflected from the defined objectives, planned indicators, times or limits, that main branch and the associated sub-criterion is highlighted in "Yellow".
If there are nonconformities in more than one criterion, the associated sub-criterion is highlighted in "Red".
In these systems, the criteria for highlighting in yellow and red are determined by the organization, and more than one criterion can be assigned to one job.
The top management can double click on the desired branch of the tree associated with the problem it is interested to expand and view its breakdown.
