Mutlu has an experience in finance sector for over twenty years. He has expertise in accounting, budget and forecasts, financial modelling, tax planning, financial structure, liability management and loan management. He was also the head of the technical committee in Turkish Factoring Association where he was responsible for sectors' accounting, legislative and reporting issues. He also took part in various programs giving lectures at private universities.  He is married with two children.
