Hakan is a consultant with an expertise in Call Center management and efficiency, and inbound - outbound telemarketing in banking and finance sector. His other role in the sector as a product manager where he was responsible for Home Loans, Home Improvement Loans, Overdraft Account, Debit Cards, Checking Account and Insurance Products helped him also develop in depth knowledge and experience in retail banking sales goals. His consulting projects mainly involves designing the organisational and operational structure of call centres, developing job descriptions of the employees, recruitment and selection, designing training modules, running sales campaigns and and evaluating the performance of branches. He also developed special interest in arts and opened his own art gallery as a hobby where original paintings, handmade ceramics and sculptures are displayed and auctions are hosted.
